About this Project
Rec Gen faced challenges with an unorganized website and ineffective traffic generation. To address these issues, we redesigned the landing page to create a modern, distinct look. We optimized the "About Us" page by condensing content and adding strategic Call-to-Action (CTA) buttons. Prominent CTAs were included for podcast and LinkedIn promotions, boosting engagement. The career section was revamped for easier access to job postings. Our cohesive design reflects Rec Gen’s global aspirations and showcases key success metrics, establishing credibility and trust, ultimately positioning Rec Gen as a leader in the recruitment industry.
